Boil
Ordinary tap water is heated to a rolling boil in the stainless-steel tank. Bacteria and viruses are destroyed instantly.

Evaporate
Pure steam rises — leaving heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, microplastics and dissolved solids behind.

The steam is cooled through a stainless-steel coil and turns back into pure liquid water.

Polish

What is a water distiller and how does it work?
A water distiller boils tap water into steam, leaves contaminants behind in the boiling tank, then condenses the steam back into 99.9% pure liquid water. Because bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, fluoride and dissolved solids cannot evaporate with the steam, distillation removes a broader range of contaminants than cartridge filters or reverse osmosis.
Is distilled water safe to drink every day?
Yes. Distilled water is simply pure H₂O with impurities removed. The minerals it lacks are trivially replaced by normal food — a balanced diet supplies far more calcium and magnesium than any drinking water does. What is the difference between distilled water and RO (reverse osmosis) water?
Distillation boils water into steam and condenses it, physically separating water from virtually everything else. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a fine membrane, which removes most — but not all — dissolved solids, and its performance degrades as the membrane ages. Distillation delivers more consistent purity (typically 0–1 ppm TDS), wastes no reject water, and needs no membrane replacement.
